Cancellation Policy
Below are the official policies for all coaching and mentorship services. Please read carefully prior to scheduling and participating in sessions. 1. Coaching Purpose My services provide personal development, mindset support, spiritual guidance, and mentorship. Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or clinical counseling. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes. 2. Session Length Standard sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise stated. Sessions begin and end on time. 3. Payment & Billing • All sessions must be paid in full before your coaching start date • Packages and programs must be paid up front unless a payment plan is agreed upon • Payment options may include: credit/debit card, PayPal, Zelle, or other approved methods 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule • Cancellations with less than 24 hours may be forfeited • No-shows are considered used sessions • Sessions rescheduled within the same week may be allowed if available 5. Late Arrivals Please be on time. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. No refunds or extra time will be provided for late arrivals. 6. Refunds & Guarantees • All sales are final • There are no refunds for sessions, coaching packages, or mentorships • Results vary based on client participation and commitment • I do not guarantee specific outcomes 7. Confidentiality All personal information shared is strictly confidential. Information will never be shared without written consent unless required by law. 8. Client Responsibility Clients agree to: • Show up for sessions • Participate openly • Complete assignments when applicable • Take responsibility for personal decisions, actions, and results 9. Termination of Services I reserve the right to discontinue services if a client: • Is disrespectful • Violates boundaries • Refuses participation • Exhibits behavior not appropriate for a coaching relationship • Any unused sessions are nonrefundable. 10. Coaching vs Therapy Disclaimer Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment, counseling, or medical care. If you are experiencing trauma, mental health crisis, or require clinical intervention, please contact a licensed professional. 11. Communication Outside Sessions Depending on your package, clients may have text or email access for support. Response times vary and are generally within 24–48 hours. By scheduling services, you agree to all listed policies.
